Group / Personal Training
Whether you like working out with a group or one-on-one, OCFit by design has a program for you!  All I ask is that you commit to a 6 week program--because it takes 6 weeks to start seeing some changes in your body...and that's the goal, right? 
 
Group Training
 
There is nothing like the 'group' dynamic....sweating together....laughing together!  Join an existing group or start your own group with at least 2 other people.  Your house or my house.  Indoors or outdoors.  You decide!  Whatever is convenient for you because this is about YOU and developing a fitness program that YOU will stick with.  Call or email me for details and availability.
 
Group Training (3 people min.)  $20/hour/person  *
6 week session (1 time per week)  $120
6 week session (2 times a week)   $240

Personal Training
 
If you don't like working out with a group, one-on-one personal training may be right for you.  We will start out with a complimentary half hour session that will consist of an initial fitness assessment and we can chat about your fitness goals so that I can design a fitness program that will work for you.  Have a spouse, friend or co-worker that wants to work out with you?  You can share the session with them for a small additional fee.  Call or email me today for details and availability.
